
Arena Operating Rules
These rules are binding for all users and visitors of the Vysočina Arena complex. The boundaries and layout of the arena are shown on the official site map.
The arena is intended for the training and competition activities of athletes, as well as for use by the general public.
1. The area is used at the user's own risk. Every user and visitor must comply with the provisions of these operating rules and follow the instructions of authorized personnel. During sports or other events, visitors must also follow the "Vysočina Arena Visitor Regulations" applicable to the specific event.
2. Users must use each part of the arena and its equipment solely for the purpose for which it is intended by its nature and design.
3. Operating Hours
Vysočina Arena is publicly accessible with the following restrictions:
3.1 Public access to the roller-ski track (asphalt loops), or to the ski trails in the winter season, is not permitted during scheduled and organized training sessions.
3.2 Shooting Range – the shooting range area is reserved exclusively for supervised sports activities and organized training sessions, arranged in coordination with the sports club (SK). Access to the shooting range and target area is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Supervised sports activities and organized training generally take place between 9:00–12:00 and 15:00–18:00.
3.4 Public access to the stadium and ski trails is prohibited during mechanical grooming in the winter season.
Vysočina Arena is not freely accessible during events or during event preparation.
Sporting and other events that restrict public access to the arena are published at the arena entrances and on www.vysocina-arena.cz.
4. Users must exercise increased caution while in the area to avoid endangering themselves or others. There is a strict ban on all vehicles entering the asphalt loops, including bicycles and baby strollers.
5. All internal roads are one-way. The designated direction of travel must be followed, with the exception of speed-skating training on the stadium loop.
6. Users must adapt their behavior to their physical and health condition, their abilities, and the technical condition of the arena.
7. The use of protective equipment—particularly helmets and pads—is recommended. The roller-ski track is used at the user's own risk.
8. Vehicles may be parked only in designated parking areas.
9. All users must maintain order and cleanliness in the area and use the waste bins provided.
10. Users must use only the designated toilets located in the arena and marked on the site map.
11. All users must refrain from disturbing others, particularly through excessive noise, reckless movement, or other inappropriate behavior.
12. Each user is responsible for securing their belongings to prevent theft, including items left in parked vehicles. The operator is liable for losses only under the conditions and limits defined by civil law.
13. Free movement of pets, including dogs, is prohibited in the arena. Dogs may enter the area only on a leash.
14. Users must follow the instructions of the arena manager or other authorized personnel.
15. In case of violation of these operating rules, the user may be removed from the area by the arena manager or an authorized representative.
16. Exceptions to these operating rules may be granted by the arena manager in justified cases.
These operating rules entered into force on August 1, 2014.
