Andrejs Rastorguevs gives Latvia a European Championship’s title

Future Olympian Andrejs Rastorguevs of Latvia wins for his country the first ever European title at Nove Mesto today. Andrejs won 20km individual men by 0.3″ over to Benedikt Doll of Germany! 

Both had 3 shooting errors and victory was decided upon speed since Rastorguevs was much slower at range but much faster in ski time!

 

Maxim Tsetkov of Russia has finished 3rd with 2 errors but much slower on skis, finishing 1:14.8 behind Rastorguevs.

 

Top 6 has been completed by Quentin Fillion Maillet of France (4th, 3 errors), Erlend Bjoentegaard of Norway (5th, 3 errors) and Michael Willeitner of Germany (6th, 3 errors).
